Food Pantry News

Since the food will be delivered the last Friday of the month and the following Monday is a holiday, the food pantry will be open June 1 from 1-3 and June 2 from 4-6 at City Hall. Bring a picture id. It works well with people lining up their cars in front of City Hall. (The City is not paying for any of this food for these 2 projects. It is provided to the City free of charge by Second Harvest to be shared with our community.)

Please contact City Hall if you want to discuss options about your April water bill and if you want your ditch cleaned out.

The city’s website is skidmoremo.org. You may see the ordinances, dates of city events, and pay your water bill online if you want.

City Hall

City Hall is open Monday 8-12, Wednesday 8-12 and 3-6, and Friday 8-12. There is an answering machine also. 660-928-3281. Calls will be returned only if you leave a message.

SNAP

You may apply for SNAP (formerly called food stamps) over the phone. The office number is 816-364-3663 or call Lana Morgan at 816-344-2808. It is confidential.
