Bonfire

The Homecoming bonfire will be October 6 at the Skidmore ball park.

Skidmore City Council Meeting

Will Meet on October 7 at 6:00pm at Newton Hall. This is a different day than the usual meeting day and is just for October.

Skidmore Community Betterment Meeting

Will Meet October 11 at 6:00 pm at Newton Hall.

Fresh Food Mobile Drop

October 28 at the park starting at 10:00 am until the food runs out.  The line begins forming at least 30 minutes ahead of the start time.

Food Pantry News

We are still waiting on the paperwork to be approved.  Notices will be posted when it is open.

City-wide Cleanup

City-wide cleanup will be October 24-30.  There will be dumpsters at the north edge of town.

Hot Dog Roast

The Skidmore Volunteer Fire District will be hosing a hot dog roast on Halloween, Oct. 31, starting at 5:00 at the Fire House.  City Hall will be handing out Halloween treats at City Hall that evening.

City Hall

City Hall is open Monday 8-12, Wednesday 8-12 and 2-6, and Friday 8-12.  There is an answering machine also.  660-928-3281.  Calls will be returned only if you leave a message.
